As much as we hate to face it, our diminished productivity is often the result of physical, mental or psychological exhaustion and reflects (full-beam) on the lack of exercise, nutrition deficiencies and resources depletion. These deficiencies are temporarily overcome or concealed with stimulants such as caffeine, alcohol and other forms of drugs – and overwhelmingly unhealthy doses of denial.
